30X40 Design Workshop is a residential design studio located on Mount Desert Island, Maine. Our primary focus is on residential architecture with a modern bent. Our work is inspired by agricultural structures and industrial materials, simple forms, and design born out of a narrative story. We strive to create simple structures and engaging spaces constructed with high quality materials.
