This micro home, designed as a serene retreat, is nestled within a private garden in Yatsugatake, Japan. This innovative structure harmoniously integrates with the surrounding trees, creating a tranquil environment that promotes relaxation and connection with nature. The design prioritizes sustainability and comfort, featuring high-performance insulation panels that contribute to a warm and inviting interior, suitable for year-round living.
With a building area of 15 m² (161.4 ft²), the micro home is compact yet efficiently utilizes space to provide a cozy atmosphere. The inclusion of double-glazed windows enhances energy efficiency while ensuring ample natural light floods the interior, further enhancing the sense of warmth and comfort.
